Bank connections
Linking a bank account to pay by bank and to verify income, with consent that is explicit, scoped and revocable from inside the app rather than buried on somebody else’s site.
Anyone with a bank account who wants to fund from it, pay from it, or prove their income without printing anything.
Built, tested and switched off. It is a function of an issuer or an acquirer, so it stays off until the corresponding authorisation is recorded, or until an authorised institution operates it on the platform. Nothing here is offered to a customer meanwhile. This service will be available after the authorisation of the Banque Centrale du Congo; it is switched off by the administrator
The problem
Bank connections are usually agreed once, in a hurry, on a screen nobody reads, with no clear way to see later what was shared or to stop it.
How it works
- Link the account through your bank’s own authorisation.
- The consent names what is shared and for how long.
- Use it to pay by bank, or to verify income without uploading statements.
- Revoke it from inside the app whenever you choose.
What you can check
Facts about the running platform rather than adjectives. Each one is visible in the product, the API reference or the ledger.
- Consent is explicit, scoped and time-limited rather than open-ended.
- It can be revoked from inside the app, not only on the bank’s site.
- Income verification uses the connection rather than asking you to upload documents that then have to be stored somewhere.
- A mandate for recurring collection is a separate consent from reading the account, because they are different things.
What it costs
Linking is free. Where paying by bank carries a charge it is shown before you confirm.
Questions
What exactly can you see?
What the consent says, for the period it covers, and nothing else. The consent names the scope before you agree to it, and you can read it again afterwards rather than having to remember.
How do I stop it?
Revoke it in the app. It should not require finding a setting on your bank’s website — a consent that is hard to withdraw is not really a consent.
Is a mandate the same as letting you read my account?
No, and they are kept separate deliberately. Reading an account and being allowed to collect from it are different permissions, and agreeing to one should never quietly grant the other.

Adding money
Funding that is confirmed by evidence from the operator or the bank, not by the customer saying they paid — so a balance never appears that no money backs.
Credit readiness
A signal built from your own payment history that you choose to share with a lender — not a score held about you, sold about you, and used to refuse you without explanation.
Identity and tiers
Tiers that let somebody start with a phone number and grow into higher limits, so verification is a ladder rather than a wall at the front door.
